3. The verification service

Ninchs provides independent assessment of AI outputs, including the Ninchs Score™. While we strive for accuracy, verification results are provided for assurance and governance purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using your AI systems.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not use Ninchs to process content you are not authorised to handle.
• Do not attempt to circumvent security or access controls.

5. Intellectual property

Ninchs and its associated marks, including the Ninchs Score™, are the property of Ninchs. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninchs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
